TROAinc

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be confident in your purchase. Because our items are produced on a made-to-order basis, please review the policies below carefully before placing an order.

Quality Guarantee

If your item arrives with a print error, manufacturing defect, or visible quality issue, we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

To ensure a fast resolution, you must include the following in your support request:

  • Clear photographs of the item

  • Photos taken on a flat, well-lit surface

  • The defect clearly visible (including tag and affected area)

  • Your order number

Failure to provide adequate documentation may delay or prevent resolution.

Made-to-Order Policy (No General Returns)

All products are made specifically for your order. As a result:

  • We do not accept general returns

  • We do not accept size-related returns or exchanges

  • We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing

Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

Cancellations

Product Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified only before production begins.

  • Use the edit or cancellation link provided in your order confirmation email

  • Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled

If an issue arises after production, resolution eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

You have 30 days from delivery to report verified quality issues.

Donations & Tips

  • Donations and tips are final

  • Non-cancellable and non-refundable

Once checkout is completed, no refunds or reversals are permitted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a quality defect:

Photos should clearly show the damage or defect, with the item laid flat and fully visible.

Refund Policy

Product Orders

Because products are made to order:

  • Refunds are issued only for verified quality or manufacturing defects

  • Refunds will not be issued without photo documentation

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Refund Timelines

  • PayPal: Typically within 24 business hours

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 7–10 business days (bank dependent)

Donations & Tips

  • Non-refundable

  • No exceptions once payment is completed

Locked Messages

  • Locked messages are non-refundable

  • Once purchased, payments cannot be canceled or reversed

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Import taxes

  • Customs duties

  • VAT or other local fees

These charges are not included at checkout and vary by country. TROAinc is not responsible for customs fees imposed by your local government. If assessed, you are responsible for payment.

Merchant of Record

All merchandise orders are fulfilled and processed through our Merchant of Record and merchandising partner, Fourthwall, Inc.

Fourthwall handles:

  • Order processing

  • Payment handling

  • Fulfillment logistics

  • Certain order-related inquiries

Their applicable Privacy Policy and Terms of Service govern transaction processing.
