By completing a purchase, you authorize TROAinc and its third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method, including applicable taxes. Pre-authorization may be performed to verify payment validity.

FOURTHWALL PROVIDES PAYMENT AND FULFILLMENT INFRASTRUCTURE ONLY AND IS NOT A PARTY TO THESE TERMS BETWEEN YOU AND TROAINC.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TROAINC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
